Senior Insurance Advisory Services Support Organizational Mission
COLUMBUS, OH – National Church Residences is pleased to announce that it has finalized a partnership and acquired a minority equity interest in SSIP Insurance Partners (SSIP) which provides senior advisory services across all major senior insurance-related products.

SSIP Insurance Partners is a leading senior advisory firm in the state of Ohio and is licensed in 14 states serving over 60,000 seniors. Their advisors provide consultation services spanning Health, Retirement, Long Term Care, Legacy Planning, Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans, and many other Insurance products that are included at no cost to their senior clients while representing the major insurance carriers. With this investment, National Church Residences is building a partnership with SSIP to provide additional comprehensive benefits navigation services to residents living in the organization’s affordable housing, permanent supportive housing, and senior living properties. The mission of SSIP is to make a positive difference in the lives of each person they touch which aligns with the vision of National Church Residences to provide high-quality care, services, and communities for our seniors.

“We are excited to engage SSIP Insurance Partners’ best-in-class benefits navigation capabilities to support seniors so that they can have access to all of the best benefits to support their healthcare and lifecare journey,” said Susan DiMickele, Senior Vice President of Senior Living and Senior Services. “Through our partnership with SSIP, we can ensure that our seniors are being advised by professionals who are independent about which products and carriers are right for them, based on their individual needs and preferences. By coupling this partnership with our other residential and healthcare offerings, we are building an ecosystem for our seniors that will ensure they have access to the best housing and benefits for their situation while wrapping around a superior healthcare model that allows seniors to live their best life by delivering benefits and healthcare at the right place, right time and right cost.”

Through this investment, National Church Residences’ leadership believes they can transform the senior experience by creating a more sustainable housing and healthcare environment on their journey to serve 100,000 seniors by 2030.
