Presence + Presents 4 Gran is a community making a special commitment that combines passion, service and philanthropy to honor the seniors who have touched our lives.

Out of love and a desire to do good for older adults in need, our members come together to pledge 2 to 4 hours per month of service and a $5 to $25 monthly donation to support enrichment activities – from craft projects to jigsaw puzzles, yoga classes to local field trips – that keep seniors active and looking forward to each day in our affordable assisted living communities.

You can be a part of P+P4G with a donation today.
