The Benefits of Being a National Church Residences Team Member

We’re working hard at National Church Residences to focus on the whole you – physically, financially, spiritually, and emotionally. We know benefits play an important role in your being your best every day. We search out meaningful options to allow you to customize benefits to fit your life, wherever you are in the journey.

  • Medical Insurance: Three plan options are available – PPO, EPO & HDHP with HSA
  • Dental Insurance: This plan pays 100% of preventative care (two check-ups per year; no deductible applies) and 80% of all other covered charges up to $2,000 per calendar year after a $100 deductible. There is an orthodontic benefit for children and adults with a lifetime benefit of $5,000.
  • Vision Insurance: This plan provides for one eye exam per year and an allowance for frames/lenses (up to $225) and contacts (up to $175) at in-network providers.
  • Life and Disability Insurance: Basic Life and accidental death & dismemberment(AD&D) up to $250,000, as well as Short & Long-term Disability up to 60% of basic earnings are all company-paid. Supplemental Life insurance up to $300,000 for you , $150,000 for you spouse and $10,000 for each child is available for an additional cost.
  • Optional Financial Protection:  Accident up to $60,000, Critical Illness up to $30,000 and Hospital Indemnity are offered for an additional cost.
  • Retirement Plan / 3-4-5 Plan: You can contribute up to 75% of your biweekly compensation on a tax deferred basis. If you choose to contribute, National Church Residences will match 100% of your contribution up to 3-5% depending on your length of service. National Church Residences will also contribute an additional amount equal to 3%-5% of your gross biweekly pay regardless of whether you contribute. All employees are eligible to contribute upon hire (auto-enrolled at 2%). Ask for additional details.
  • Additional Perks:Paid Time Off, Holidays, Tuition Assistance, Employee Assistance Program, Wellness Program that includes tobacco-free coaching, weight-loss programs and financial well-being programs that are offered to all employees.

*Medical, dental, vision, basic company-paid life insurance and disability are only available to full-time employees. Supplemental Life insurance and our voluntary plans are available to those scheduled to work 20 or more hours/week.
