National Church Residences is pleased to announce election of new Board of Directors members Sean de Four and Jami Dewolf, who began their service on September 1, 2022.

Sean de Four joins National Church Residences Board of Directors with extensive health and human services sector experience, including senior services, affordable housing, homeless services and behavioral health. In March 2021, de Four became President and CEO of Southwest Solutions, an organization founded in 1970 dedicated to enhancing the quality of life, success and self-sufficiency of individuals and families in Detroit through counseling, housing and economic solutions. After 16 years of executive-level experience at other organizations, in 2017 he joined the executive leadership at Wellspring, the Flint-based human service organization. He was promoted to COO in 2019. His volunteer roles include Peer Reviewer Council of Accreditation and board member of Michigan Federation for Children and Families. A licensed master social worker, de Four earned his master’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2001 and has served as an adjunct instructor in its School of Social Work since 2014.

Jami Dewolf brings broad senior executive experience in business-to-business and direct-to-consumer organizations, as well as in the pioneering use of data science and artificial intelligence to deliver growth and inform strategy. Dewolf recently retired as Chief Marketing Officer of Alliance Data Card Services, a leader in loyalty marketing solutions. She also has played major roles at Victoria’s Secret, PepsiCo, Nabisco, Life Savers and Frito-Lay, focusing on big picture solutions and business transformation. Her passion for community service has included six years with the board of the Children’s Hunger Alliance. She is currently a board member and volunteer at the Westerville Area Resource Ministry (WARM) and serves on the board of Caribbean Connections, dedicated to church start-ups and battling hunger in Cuba. Dewolf holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Strategic Planning from the University of Louisville and a bachelor’s in Production and Operations Management from The Ohio State University.

“We are delighted to welcome Jami and Sean to our board of directors,” said Mark Ricketts, president and CEO of National Church Residences. “Their business perspectives, leadership experience and heart for service will support the mission of our Board and the entire organization as we approach 2023 and beyond.”
