Stephanie Arden Named Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Stephanie Arden has been named senior vice president and chief human resources officer of National Church Residences.

“Stephanie’s forward-thinking vision for HR solutions aligns with our culture to put people first,” said Mark Ricketts, National Church Residences’ president and CEO. “Her leadership and experience in equity, inclusion and engagement will be fundamental to continued success as our organization grows.”

Prior to joining National Church Residences, Arden served as senior director of human resources at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center for five years. Her career also includes seven years with Mount Carmel Health System in multiple leadership positions including director of human resources, strategic business partner and program manager of organizational learning and development initiatives.

Arden is certified by Human Capital Institute as a strategic human resources business partner (sHRBP). She holds a Master of Business Administration from Aurora University, and Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College, and brings more than 18 years of strategic human resources leadership to the National Church Residence’s executive team.
