COLUMBUS, Ohio – National Church Residences is pleased to announce the promotion of four leaders to the role of Vice President from key divisions across the non-profit organization.

Jill Kolb has been named Vice President of Housing Accounting. Currently, Kolb serves as Senior Director in the Housing Accounting Department, supervising a team of 30 professionals responsible for financial reporting, year-end audit and tax return preparation and internal controls for housing properties. Kolb has been with National Church Residences since 2013, after 10 years with Plante Moran (currently the organization’s main auditor) serving clients in affordable housing, non-profit and senior living industries.

Jacob Swint has advanced to Vice President of Strategic Growth and Operations Support. The promotion recognizes Swint’s contributions to operational improvements, strategic growth, mergers and acquisitions in Senior Services, National Church Residences’ community-based services division. His new role adds direct supervisory responsibility for the Senior Services sales team, while maintaining his current Electronic Medical Records (EMR) supervision and management. Swint joined National Church Residences two years ago.

Daniele Thomas has been promoted to Vice President of Education. An accomplished educational design and program leader, Thomas has shaped organizational learning solutions over the past two decades by providing leadership and strategic direction for National Church Residences’ Education Department where she oversees education goals, strategies and learning management systems. Thomas has been with National Church Residences since 2001.

Julie Woolley has been named Vice President, Associate General Counsel in recognition of her growth in managing the organization’s legal department. She currently leads the day-to-day operations of the legal department and serves as Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy officer. The promotion will give Woolley direct supervisory responsibility for Senior Counsel and Records & Information Management, including oversight of the Corporate Records department. Wooley joined National Church Residences four years ago.

“We appreciate the talent, commitment and leadership that Daniele, Jacob, Jill and Julie bring to our mission,” said Mark Ricketts, President and Chief Executive Officer of National Church Residences. “And we are delighted when we can promote people from within our organization who deserve such recognition and opportunity.”
