Designed for seniors who are mindful of potential health changes and want to plan accordingly, our Premier Plan, also known as Life Care Option, is a wonderful opportunity.
Our Premier Plan offers many long-term financial benefits. With its one-time fee, the Premier Plan assures a reduced and reliable monthly rate for First Community Village’s Club Services, assisted living and the Health Center.
You can also rest easy knowing that should the need arise, you will be surrounded by your friends in the community along with our supportive staff who will help with any necessary transition.
