Welcome to Vassar Village, a subsidized income-based apartment community for seniors age 62+ or disabled. Our studio and one bedroom apartments, along with all community spaces are being renovated top to bottom. See our updated floor plans below. The renovation is anticipated be complete in Spring 2025. Applications are still being accepted during our remodel, call us for more information!
