Alexandra Apartments

The Alexandra Apartments is a historic, affordable senior housing community located in Cincinnati’s Walnut Hills neighborhood. National Church Residences has been managing the mix of efficiency, one and two-bedroom apartments since April 2022, and is currently planning a full-scale renovation at the property. Construction should begin in Spring 2024, featuring new building amenities, updated apartments, and modernized building systems. Leasing will be announced once renovations are underway.

Units: 4 efficiency, 64 one-bedroom, 15 two-bedroom.
