Looking for a dose of joy this July? At Brookwood Point, we’re all about embracing life to the fullest and finding joy in every moment. That’s why on July 18th from 1:30-2:30 pm we’ve invited Elizabeth L. Murphy, Ph.D., a Media Psychologist specializing in positive psychology, to enlighten us on the importance of cultivating happiness—not just in our own lives, but in the lives of others as well.
