Legacy Village patio homes offer single-level living with thoughtful designs, attached garages, and outdoor enjoyment, such as porches or sunrooms. These homes are ideal for residents who want long-term security, privacy, and predictable living expenses.

What is included in my monthly fees if I choose a patio home?

Your monthly service fee is designed to simplify life and provide peace of mind. It includes property taxes, maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, cable and internet, emergency response pendant, access to community amenities, and priority access to healthcare services—so you can spend less time worrying about household responsibilities and more time enjoying retirement.

What is included in my monthly fees if I choose an Independent Living apartment?

Independent Living Apartment monthly fees include utilities, dining benefits, bi-weekly housekeeping, flat linen laundry service, maintenance, emergency response pendant, life enrichment programming, and access to community amenities. Every apartment also features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and private patio or balcony, with no second-person fee for spouses or partners.

What happens if I need more care in the future?

As part of a continuum of care, residents can seamlessly transition to assisted living, memory care or respite services without leaving the supportive Legacy Village community they call home. Our care team will work with the resident and their families to recommend the best option for supportive care.

Can I bring my pet?

Legacy Village is a pet friendly community. Whether it’s walks in the gardens or relaxing on your patio, pets are part of the community.
