Do I have to pay an entrance fee?

Not necessarily. Legacy Village offers both entrance fee and monthly rental options, depending on the residence and lifestyle you choose. Our team can walk you through the details of each plan.

Do I own the home and pay property taxes?

No. Residents do not own the property. For patio homes, property taxes are included in the monthly service fee, allowing residents to enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle without the responsibilities of traditional homeownership.

How does the continuum of care work?

As a Continuing Care Retirement Community, Legacy Village offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care on one campus. Residents have peace of mind knowing additional support is available if their needs change in the future.

What is the difference between Assisted Living and Memory Care?

Assisted Living is designed for older adults who need help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, or meals while remaining as independent as possible.
