National Church Residences is proud to announce the promotion of three distinguished leaders with each coming from key divisions within the organization.

National Church Residences promotes Brianna Mettler and Julie M. Woolley to senior vice president. Both individuals bring unparalleled skills and dedication to critical positions within the organization.

Mettler has been appointed senior vice president of Senior Living & Senior Services. With tenure at National Church Residences dating back to 2006, Mettler possesses a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the mission. In her new role, Mettler oversees operations for all senior service and senior living departments, covering Home Health, Hospice, Community Wellness, Support Services and Senior Care Management, as well as operations at 16 senior housing properties in Ohio and Florida that include a variety of options such as independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing. Mettler also has 1,200 employees under her direction.

Additionally, Julie M. Woolley, who joined National Church Residences in 2017 as associate general counsel, has been promoted to senior vice president. She manages the in-house legal team, providing advice on a wide variety of topics, including governance, litigation, corporate structure and transactions, risk management, entity management, privacy and corporate compliance. Her extensive legal expertise continues to guide the organization through various legal matters while overseeing the department’s staff of six and leading the corporate compliance committee.

National Church Residences also is pleased to announce the advancement of Carrie Dean to the position of vice president of development closings. Dean, who joined National Church Residences in 2016, leads a team of five staff members responsible for closing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit financed projects, acquisitions and select refinance transactions. Her extensive closing experience and leadership enables the Development department to pursue complex real estate and financing structures to build and maintain the organization’s real estate portfolio.

Each of these staff members have consistently showcased exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication, making significant contributions to the organization.
