National Church Residences Announces Purchase of Eden Heights

New Braunfels, Texas – National Church Residences, the nation’s largest non-for-profit provider of affordable senior housing has entered into an agreement to purchase Eden Heights, the HUD affordable senior housing apartment building located on the EdenHill campus in New Braunfels, Texas.

Eden Heights has operated on EdenHill’s campus since 1980 with 94 apartments serving seniors over age 62. Although Eden Heights has always been a part of the EdenHill campus, Eden Heights is a separate corporation and has been managed by National Church Residences since 2014. The purchase will allow National Church Residences to both own and operate the building.
