KeyBank teammates volunteer at five National Church Residences supportive housing communities as part of annual Neighbors Make the Difference Day.
COLUMBUS, Ohio — KeyBank teammates joined National Church Residences for a day of service in Columbus as part of the company’s annual Neighbors Make the Difference Day, bringing residents, staff and community partners together across five supportive housing communities for hands-on service, meaningful connections and financial education designed to enhance quality of life for older adults and other residents.
At Berwyn East Place and other National Church Residences communities, KeyBank volunteers participated in activities with residents, shared a meal, played games and helped create opportunities for neighbors to connect and spend time together. The day also included a financial education seminar focused on current fraud and scam schemes, providing older adults with information and resources to help protect themselves financially.

The Columbus event was part of KeyBank’s company-wide Neighbors Make the Difference Day, an annual volunteer initiative that mobilizes KeyBank teammates across 15 states to support local nonprofit organizations and communities through hands-on service.
