Our studio and one-bedroom apartments are designed for comfort and care with utilities, housekeeping, laundry, and meals included in the monthly fee. Total monthly pricing consists of the apartment rate plus a level of care fee. The level of care fee is determined through an assessment completed prior to move-in and reflects each resident’s care needs and support services.

Have Questions About Memory Care?

What is Memory Care?

Memory Care is a residential care setting for people living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia who need more consistent cueing, supervision, personal care, medication support, routines and dementia-informed engagement than traditional Assisted Living typically provides.

How is Memory Care different from Assisted Living?

Assisted Living supports daily routines while residents continue to manage many choices and activities with help. Memory Care adds a dedicated neighborhood, dementia-informed team training, more consistent cueing and routines, and programming adapted to cognitive changes

How do I know when it may be time for Memory Care?

A diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease, other forms of dementia, or another cognitive condition may be an indication that Memory Care should be considered—especially if symptoms are affecting safety, daily routines, or quality of life. Increasing confusion, missed medications or meals, difficulty with personal care, changes in judgment, wandering or attempts to leave familiar settings, day-and-night reversal, or caregiver exhaustion may all signal that additional support is needed. A healthcare provider, along with a community assessment, can help determine the right level of care for your loved one.

Yes, residents may personalize their residence with familiar items, subject to apartment size and community guidelines. A floor plan and move-in checklist can help the family choose appropriate furniture and belongings.
