Floor Plans & Pricing
Our studio and one-bedroom apartments are designed for comfort and care with utilities, housekeeping, laundry, and meals included in the monthly fee. Total monthly pricing consists of the apartment rate plus a level of care fee. The level of care fee is determined through an assessment completed prior to move-in and reflects each resident’s care needs and support services. Interesting to note, many of our floor plan names, including Scioto, Darby, Hayden, Fishinger, Avery, and Mill Run, take inspiration from the streets, creeks, and landmarks that give the Hilliard area its character.
