Have Questions About Memory Care?

How do I know if my loved one needs Memory Care?

Alzheimer’s and dementia progress gradually, and changes—such as increased confusion, frustration, or difficulty with daily tasks—may go beyond typical aging. If you notice these signs, consulting a healthcare provider can help ensure your loved one gets the right support.

How is Memory Care different from Assisted Living?

Memory Care offers a higher level of support and security than assisted living. Unlike assisted living, life in our memory care community is specifically designed for those dealing with cognitive decline. Care includes dementia-trained staff, personalized routines, specialized programs, and a safe, homelike environment.

Does Memory Care help with memory loss?

Memory care can help reduce confusion, prevent wandering, and improve overall quality of life. With the right programming, care, and support, studies show that memory decline can be slowed. Memory Care provides a familiar and consistent setting where routines and dedicated caregivers support a positive quality of life for those with memory challenges. Through cognitively appropriate, engaging, and life-enriching activities, residents receive opportunities for reminiscence, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.

How much does Memory Care cost?

A monthly fee covers 24-hour support from specialized staff, memory-enhancing activities, three daily meals with snacks, housekeeping, help with daily activities, and a secure, welcoming environment. We are certified for Ohio Medicaid Waiver–eligible seniors.
