With no entrance fee and more flexibility, you’ll get the best of our community without having to make a long-term commitment. And pets are welcome!

Our 12-month lease program allows you to live in a maintenance-free independent home on a tree-lined street with neighbors your own age. You’ll have access to our Terrace Cafe and Glenn Activity Center and can participate in 50+ resident-led clubs and programs from woodworking and painting to zumba and martial arts.

Your rental includes:

  • All appliances
  • Internet/Wi-Fi and cable television
  • Water, sewage and weekly trash removal
  • 24-hour home maintenance and repairs
  • $100 meal credit at The Terrace Cafe
  • Access to Glenn Activity Center
  • Snow removal and landscaping
  • Resident-led activities
