Harmony Trace Assisted Living offers apartment options starting at Studio, Mid-Studio, and One Bedroom floor plans, each paired with a required Level of Care fee determined by a nurse supervisor’s assessment of individual needs (five levels available). Short-term respite stays are offered on a daily basis, and a Second Occupant Fee applies if a second resident shares the apartment.
