“It was terrible the help at the front desk was hateful and talked to tithe people that lives there like they was nothing and answer my mom as she was nothing she ever talks to me or my mom they will be phone calls to the state and I already told my lawyer about this our family members deserve respect not to be talking to like that and the nursing staff is a joke they are so rude and you have look for them when you need to talk to them the nurses don't even go on the second floor to check on the anyone they are always on the front floor in an office talking it's a shame how they treat the people there no respect I know I seen it it's so sad that they can not respect your family members .”
