National Church Residences has expertise in behavioral health services, including assessment and referral, crisis intervention, case management, and integrated behavioral and primary health care.

National Church Residences provides behavioral health services at our Permanent Supportive Housing communities.  Our approach to ending homelessness assumes that people are much more likely to become stable, contributing members of society when provided a safe, affordable place to live. We couple this housing with on-site supportive services that are tailored to meet each individual’s circumstances.

Supportive services staff work together to ensure the best possible outcomes for all residents. Services include:
