BRADENTON, Florida - The $15.9 million second phase of Water
National Church Residences broke ground on the three-story expansion in December 2014, less than a year after acquiring the building from Florida Christian Homes.
The Water’s Edge of Bradenton Phase II building offers 80 units of Independent and Assisted Living in a 77,589 square foot building. The entire third floor of the new facility is dedicated to residents who require Memory Care services for Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Among those who were featured speakers at the event were Manatee County Commissioner Charles Smith, National Church Residences President and CEO Mark Ricketts, and Chairman of the National Church Residences Board of Directors, Al Rupiper.
