We know that when it comes to senior living in Ohio, you or your loved one could have plenty of questions. To help families just like yours feel better about making a senior living decision, we’ve provided answers to some of the most common questions we’re asked.
How can I support the National Church Residences Foundation?
Your generous gift helps support members of the community in need, including children, senior, veterans and people with disabilities find the housing and dignity they deserve.
May I designate my gifts to a particular National Church Residences initiative or community?
Yes! You may make a gift to the National Church Residences Foundation for general purposes or specify its use for a particular need, property or program. Choose from the different options listed on our donate page [link] to give online, or contact the Foundation at 800-388-2151 or by email at [email protected] for more information about designating your gift.
If you would like to give to a specific property that is not listed, please include the property name in notes of your gift
How do I make a cash donation?
Online forms are linked from our donate page. These forms allow you to make your donation with a bank account or credit card. You also may mail a check to National Church Residences Foundation, 2245 North Bank Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43220.
May I make a gift other than cash?
Some donors make gifts through wills and bequests, charitable gift annuities, IRA rollovers, memorial gifts and donation of stock. Contact the Foundation team at 800-388-2151 or [email protected] for more details on the ways you can support National Church Residences. Our Legacy gifts page [link] has information about naming National Church Residences as the beneficiary of a planned gift.
May I make a gift in memory or honor of someone?
No matter the method, it is particularly meaningful for the giver and National Church Residences when gifts are made in memory or in honor of residents or other persons. This thoughtful expression allows your gift to live on in service to other people.
What difference can a small gift make?
All gifts to the National Church Residences Foundation provide vital resources and are deeply appreciated, regardless of size. “Small” gifts add up to important differences in the lives of the seniors we serve.
Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. National Church Residences is certified as a 501c(3) charitable organization. Your accountant or financial planner can advise you about how to report your donation for tax deduction purposes.
Is my gift confidential?
You may choose to make any gift confidential. Just let the Foundation team know that you would prefer to remain anonymous.
