National Church Residences was honored for having the most properties listed on the NAHMA National Recognition Program Registry.
At the annual National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) awards ceremony in Washington D.C. on March 6, National Church Residences received the award for the second consecutive year.
This recognition is given annually to a NAHMA Executive Council member who has the most properties on the NAHMA National Recognition Program Communities of Quality Registry. This is based on data maintained by the NAHMA staff.
“National Church Residences is now implementing a five-year strategic plan. One key focus is Mission Quality,” said Michelle Norris, the President of National Church Residences Development Corp. and a past NAHMA board member. “I am so thankful to our leaders across the country who have brought this Mission Quality commitment to all our communities.”
To become one of the Communities of Quality, a facility is graded on inspections, financial management, employee credentials, programs and services, endorsements, and photographs and reports. If they meet the criteria, NAHMA then recognizes the outstanding management companies that provide the highest possible quality of safe, affordable rental housing communities across the country.
