National Church Residences is excited to announce that Janet Meeks has joined the organization's Board of Directors.
As CEO of Healthcare Alignment Advisors, Meeks advises C-suite executives regarding strategies that optimize corporate performance. She possesses a diverse finance, strategy, operations and marketing background with nearly 40 years of experience.
Meeks joined the National Church Residences Board of Directors in December 2016. Her depth and breadth of skills make her a sought-after business advisor and mentor across multiple industries. She is well-known for her diverse skills including P&L management, strategy development and visioning, market expansion and growth, business creation, contract negotiation, business turnaround, performance management, compensation strategies, succession planning, strategic marketing, brand management and corporate communications.
Earlier in her career as President and Chief Operating Officer of Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital (Columbus), Meeks led Project GRACE, a $120 million expansion that transformed the community hospital into a Regional Medical Center.
Meeks earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Mississippi where she also completed her undergraduate degree in Banking and Finance. She has served in executive roles for four nationally known healthcare systems, including the $14 billion Trinity Health, one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems.
She was named a 2014 Columbus Business First C-Suite Honoree as a top COO, a 2013 Deloitte Wise Woman Honoree and a 2012 WELD “Twelve Women You Need to Know” Honoree.
