Every year, the Alzheimer’s Association holds a Walk to End Alzheimer’s during the months of September and October in more than 600 cities nationwide. These walks are designed to raise awareness and funds that go toward Alzheimer’s disease care, support, and research. Each walk is conducted with the hope of reducing and ultimately abolishing the disease that has affected the lives of many.

Because the health and care of our seniors is our top priority, National Church Residences will be attending the walk held in Columbus, Ohio as a Special Area Sponsor. This walk will be held on September 24 at Huntington Park, which is just four miles away from First Community Village.
