Housing Division
The communities within our Housing Division have been described as "high-quality, meaningful housing in a caring atmosphere to encourage self-esteem and a self-reliant lifestyle for older adults, families, and persons with disabilities living on limited incomes." The Resident Managers in our communities exemplify this statement.
Currently, we have communities in 28 states and Puerto Rico and many more in development and construction. Growth within the Housing Division will continue. Opportunities for new construction or acquisition exist within the Section 202, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Low Income Preservation & Resident Home Ownership Act and other programs.
